A wedding can be a difficult affair. The hassle of organising the venue, location, catering, as well as the worries of hidden costs and the stress of pulling it together on your special day! Well, here at Circa, we have been helping people with their special day for over 10 years now, and we have come up with our very own 7 steps to “the Perfect Wedding”... Step 1 - The Venue “Luxurious”
Circa Spirit represents the premier luxury charter boat on the Gold Coast Broadwater and Brisbane River. At 75foot in length and boosting two expansive decks, a fully licensed bar, a Master Chef and galley, two plasma screen TV’s and surround sound satellite television, you can see why!

This exciting and luxurious Wedding venue is perfect for adventurous couples with a desire for that something a little different. You and your guests can enjoy the thrill of the Broadwater from the comfort of Circa Spirit. Step 2 - The Location “Spectacular”
The Gold Coast Broadwater has been the backyard and playground for many Queenslanders for years now. It's unique scenery, beautiful aquatic life and amazing canal side houses make your cruise unforgettable. Unlike other Wedding locations, yours will be continually changing, providing you and your guests with a unique visual experience.

Step 3 - The Food “Delicious”
Circa Luxury Cruises is the only charter boat company on the Gold Coast to employ a fully time Master Chef. This decision was taken some time back to provide our guests with fresh, local food, prepared professionally no matter where or when you need it. It gives you the flexibility to change the menus and really add your own style to your food. With this in mind, our chef has developed four signature menus styles to suit your taste and budget. Whether you are after a sit down four course meal, a buffet or cocktail style function, Circa can provide.

Step 4 - The Alcohol “Tempting”
Circa Spirit also has a fully licensed bar and wine cellar. You can select your beverage choice from an extensive list of Beers, Wines, Champagnes, Spirits, Cocktails and Liqueurs. We also have soft drinks, fresh tea's and freshly ground coffee made to your liking. Please click on Beverages for our full list of products and prices.

The way you want the Bar to run is also your decision. Your choice can be a cash bar, bar tab or drinks on consumption. Our staff can provide you with updates though out the night of how your drinks are going.

Step 5 - Flowers, Decorations and Celebrant “Magical”
We can provide you with an array of Wedding Decorations that consists of Tulle and/or Ivy delicately arranged around the exterior boarding platform, lower rear deck and upper deck. The tables onboard will be covered in white linen tablecloths with small tea light candles placed in the centre. Flowers are available on request.

We understand the importance of Entertainment to any Wedding function. Good entertainment can create a memorable atmosphere and that sparkle every celebration needs. Our in house entertainment includes:

Step 7 - Relax “Enjoy”
We have done this for years! We pride ourselves on providing the highest level of customer service possible. Right through from conception to completion, Circa staff will be available to help and the same person that takes your booking will be there with you on your special day to make sure everything goes off without a hitch. We only employ trained 5 star hospitality staff and a Master Chef and it is our commitment to service that we feel, makes a Circa Wedding unique.
